MEET OUR NEW PASTOR - Jeff White
Jeff White is 48 years old and is married to Leslie White. Jeff and Leslie recently celebrated their 21st anniversary. They have four children, Luke, Thomas, James, and Elizabeth. Luke is 20 and is a sophomore at the University of North Texas. Thomas is 17 and a senior in high school. James is 15 and a freshman in high school. Elizabeth is 12 and is in the 7th grade.
Jeff was born in Corsicana and Leslie is from McAllen, Texas. Jeff received a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas, a law degree from the University of Houston, and a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Leslie has a Bachelors degree in fine arts from Baylor University. Jeff was a practicing attorney when the Lord called him into vocational ministry in 1987. He has still practiced law when necessary in their ministry. Jeff and his family have served the Lord in Texas as a church staff member and mission pastor. Jeff has also served as pastor in churches in Idaho and Montana. From 2002 to 2004, the family served with the International Mission Board in Malawi, Africa where Jeff taught at the Baptist Theological Seminary of Malawi.
