- Expecting great things from God -

Attempting great things for God!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?

At MBC we feel that it's our privilege and responsbility to help you feel like you're a member of our family from the time you walk through our doors. Helping you feel that way helps you enjoy the wonderful music, encouraging messages and friendly atmosophere that are a part of the MBC family. You can expect activities for your children and for your students as well as opportunities for service to the Lord in a variety of ways.

We know you might have other questions - like how do I get there, what will happen with my kids, and many others - so take your time here at our site and check out all that we've provided for you. If you find you've got other questions, drop us a note with the link here, including your email address, and one of us will get back to you as quickly as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Does it really matter? We're far more interested in meeting needs than grading someone else's clothing. If it's a big deal to you, most of our men wear blue jeans with button down shirts (very few in our church wear ties) while our ladies tend to wear skirts and dresses. All in all, a rather comfortably casual atmosphere.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE MUSIC?

Our worship experiences are a reflection of the passion we have for Christ and his love for us so they reflect a variety of musical tastes. We use recent and modern choruses as well as ancient hymns reflecting the diversity of the many-flavored gifts of God!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE MESSAGE?

Our pastoral staff works hard to make the messages meaningful to everyday life, attempting to connect the Word of God with areas important to the lives of our members. Recent series include "4 Keeps - How to make marriage last!", "Multiple Choice - Making decision making easier" and "Make Me Moldy - Being useful in the hand of the Lord".

WILL THEY TALK ABOUT MONEY OR ASK FOR MONEY?

Visitors are encouraged to NOT participate in the offering. Our offering times are for our members to express their gratitude to God for the blessings He's given them. If a visitor chooses to participate, they're welcome to do so, but visitors will not be asked for a donation of any kind.
